Recently, I completed an Atlanta Civil War walking tour DVD for the Georgia Battlefields Association. The tour visits modern day sites of the most famous Civil War Atlanta era photographs to compare then to now. While it is a fairly straightforward production, it was an interesting creative challenge to plop two cameras into the middle of a walking tour and see what sort of narrative could be created. I learned a good deal about the history of Atlanta along the way … and some of the unique challenges producing and editing a tour oriented piece. The DVD cover art is shown below.
